I think whats best is to go to the Apple Store or where ever you bought your phone. If its bad and needs fixing, a Apple Store, if it is 1 (i think, it could be 2 or 3) years old they will replace it or whatever needs to be fixed, will be free.

My iphone says it's 89percent charge but I use it for less than a minute it drops like 5% , after I charge it goes back up to 89. Is my battery damage already? What should I do? Plzzz
