During refueling if the purge valve is open the raw fuel vapors will be pushed into the intake manifold instead of the charcoal canister.
Take the vehicle to have the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) scanned for any codes.
Alternator... and probably the gas filter.
Bad fuel pump.
check and see if the battery clamps are loose. that could be a reason. if not probably your starter. but dont keep pumping your gas .
Have it scanned for trouble codes. This may give you some clues.
Hello so I have a Saturn 2002 Lseries v6 motor the only owner has been my mom but she passed it down to me . So I've pumped gas about seven or eight times possibly more and every time I finish and get back into my car it won't turn on . It cranks but won't turn on ... I think it's not the starter because that was replaced around almost a year ago but I'm not sure I'm only in high school and don't know about cars also I got home from school two days ago and as soon as I parked it shut off and the battery and oil red lights were on (not the service engine or oil change one) then I turned it off and on and it worked this happened two days in a row and I replaced the battery a couple month ago also last weekend my uncle checked oil and water and we put 20/50 oil ..umm also the service engine soon has been on for about two months .what do you guys think ... What should I do??
Thankyou anything and everything helps
