This could be many things. Could be water in the gas tank, could be bad plugs, bad cables/coils. Start by filling up your gas-tank full if it's not full and then see if that fixes it. Else, you'd need to do some further investigations. Depending on the type of car, it could also be a water-temperature sensor, but you should have a check-engine light for that.

Hey it could be lots of things! and we need more details! it could be your battery, it could be your injector pump, it could be your crankshaft sensor, faulty spark plugs, ignition coil, etc,..... i would say take it to a shop and have them take a look at it!!!
