Not knowing what make of car you have makes it difficult but you could try cleaning your throttle body.
i was thinking alternator.to the battery is new and if i let the car sit for a week t dranes it sum how or is not getting charged win i drive not shure
Thats electrical, tell a man man and go from there.
Unplug your throttle position sensor and see what happens.
the idle keeps goin up and down kind like if you were to hit the rev limiter but it is doing it at stop lights at all rpms and the lights on the dash dim it is not consent it is speratic
