You can't "buy" something to get scratches out. You can however but paint conceler. it comes in a pen sorta thing and its a D.I.Y and get it in the colour grey. Or just get your car resprayed for 5 million more :)
They do make touch up paint at the dealers. There is also an sort of pen that claims to remove them by just marking them with it.

Have someone buff the car, or get it repainted.
It's a gray color. When it's dirty it isn't noticeable. When it's washed all the scratches surface. I think 99% of them are superficial. What should I buy to get them out? Most of them are on plastic surfaces like bumper, door handles, and mirrors.
