My 04 Mazda 6 will not start when its cold out. PLEASE HELP!?

Don't know Mazda 6, but sounds like a possible coolant temp sensor sending bad data and causing the ECU to run wrong fuel map.

When you say "won't start", I am assuming the engine turns over, but doesn't start.

After re-reading, looks like just a dirty battery terminal - 2 minute fix.

I would get a brand new battery and sandpaper the insides of the battery clamps when installing it. Make sure it the full size for your car. Interstate batteries are the best.

Keep guessing and perhaps by May of 2015 you shall guess correctly. Otherwise, why are you opposed to a mechanic doing his or her job?

1 RPM? No car will run like that.

Clean the battery terminals, the insides please.

When its about 4 degrees it wont start. So I have to turn it on(but not start it) for about 10 min then try start it and it will work..but it will start weird(not rev past 1RPM) so I have to turn it off and start it again and it will start fine.

Now that it is -10 degrees out it wont start at all! and the lights on the dashboard will turn on but when I try turn it over everything will die...

I have changed the spark plugs and O2 Sensor(rear) and my fuel pump and main relay were check and are fine.

Any suggestions on how to fix this VERY frustrating problem will be GREATLY appreciated!
