If it will only run on choke, either the main jet is restricted, or there is a vacuum leak somewhere.
Bad gas.
spark plug? air filter?
You have an intake manifold leak or the idle and high speed fuel system is plugged up.
I have a MTD yard machine with a tecumseh 13.5hp enduro XL/C motor, it starts but as soon as back off the choke it stalls. Have check carb and its clean. Any help would be appreciated.
