Low oil pressure.?

The security light is a pretty common problem on GM--almost a 100% failure. It will just get worse over time until it doesn't start at all. Here's the fix

If new starter is making noise, then it probably isn't shimmed properly or is the wrong starter.

The battery at 84% means the power management system has a problem. Get it checked out.

The low oil pressure is a major issue. Get it to a shop and have them check pressure with a gauge to see if the sending unit is telling the truth

Various issues. In order-A. Bad tooth/teeth on ring gear. B. Engine low on oil, low press. due to worn bearings or oil pump, faulty oil sensor or gauge. C. Battery getting low due to old battery or low output from alternator. D. Factory-installed anti-theft system is compromised. Last 2 can be checked easily w/ battery load tester and code reader, 1st one needs visual inspection, and low oil problem can be diagnosed by checking your oil, then installing a known good gauge in place of oil sensor. 10-30 psig at idle, 40-60+ at revs is about what you're looking for.

the best way to find what the problem is for oil pressure is us a remote gauge to check also have your electrical checked lets say have it all checked

And you have had it for a week? Sounds like it had number of unrelated problems before you bought it. Hope you did not pay too much.

I think they are all separate problems.

I have a 2003 impala ls and I just got the starter replaced. Now it sometimes makes a weird noise when it starts. Also says low oil pressure. Since I got it a little over a week ago the message center has a picture of a battery that's red and a yellow sign that says security. The battery is at 84%.
