Older cars like yours usually had the key code stamped on the ignition cylinder by which a new key can be cut if you can find a locksmith or dealer that has the key code charts.....pretty hard to come by these days. A Falcon or Ford club might have old records or have a member with them. Another method is to take a door lock cylinder apart and check the tumblers to get the key cuts. That will work if the door and ignition share the same key. If those methods fail, you would have to change all the lock cylinders in the car.
Hemmings.com is a source to find old parts/locks/keys for older models..***:D
In most cases yes they can be made by a locksmith if you have no locksmith then the only other choice is to buy a new ignition You can buy an after market replacement ignition and key for less then 10 bucks link Here http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/1963/fo...

Ignition switch, with keys, should cost less than thirty bucks. Real easy to change. Maybe five minutes.
Ask a locksmith.
My 63 falcon didn't come with keys I was wondering can new keys be made for it or do I have to replace the entire lock and ignition system?
