Light bulbs over heating and turning off?

The newer recessed lights can be insulated. But the older ones cannot. They must have air movement around them or they'll shut off. You don't have any choice now, You'll have to remove the insulation.

You have insulated over the recessed lights? They need to be vented, or they will fail quickly. LEDs produce less heat, but are more prone to overheating. You need to get up there remove the insualtion from aound each lamp fitting.

Well obviously you have caused a short circuit in your lighting due to the insulation and you should get it fixed before you start a fire and burn the house down.

If THAT wasn't obvious then you should stay away from DIY.

Remove the insulation or replace the light fixtures.

dittos on the other two answers. Get that insulation away from the cans now, not later.

I have recently sprayed insulation in me ceiling and now my recessed lighting is having an issue with overheating bulbs which are burning out real fast I even changed to LED and they to are shutting off automatically for a while and then turn back on or burning out completely and they are meant to last for years

Any solutions
