You can remove the battery and charge it with a mains charger (will take a few hours, maybe overnight) or take it to an autoelectrician and they can test it. If the battery is just flat, like the lights where left on, it can be recharged. But it may also be old and just not holding charge any more, and you need a new battery.

Rreally he does not knowledge on trucks, or battery systems and you want him to hook up a charger, hell his wife/gf has to change the batteries in the vibrator for him.
You should check the battery yourself. It is easy to do and you will know if it is the battery that is bad. If you find the battery is good, then you can check the alternator and if the battery and alternator is good, then you might have a short somewhere that you can check for as well.
Here is how to check the battery:
Put the battery on the charger on trickle charge for 45 minutes.
-My truck engine will not turn over and there is no sound
-My headlights won't turn on
-My doors will not lock or unlock
I have not even the slightest knowledge of trucks. I just want to see if this is a dead battery because I have never had a dead battery cause these symptoms before. Anyway I don't want to ruin someone else's vehicle by asking for a jump if my car has some electrical problem.
