Is there any place in the USA that ranges from 20 degrees Farenheit to about 70 degrees?

San Francisco, CA and some of the nearby Pacific coast.

Southern California Beach cities. There may be days above 75, but not more than 20 to 30 or so per year.

Pacific Coast. The ocean tends to even out the extremes in temperature. Northern states are cooler, Sth Cali is warmer of course. Nth Cali or Sth Oregon might be the "Goldilocks" for temperature.

But be aware that it will be humid a lot of the time. Depending on what you actual lung problems are that may be good or bad.

Northern California, and the majority of Oregon and Washington state.

Yeah, can go north or south San Francisco also. The cold ocean waters bring in the fog and the sun does not come out until like 1pm if at all.

To elaborate, I don't want to move somewhere that goes above 70 or 75. I prefer the cold in the summer. Or even cool, I don't care. However, I don't want it to be TOO cold, like negative digits. haha. Is there anywhere out there for me? The reason why I'm asking is because I have severe lung illness, and I can't breathe in the heat or extreme cold. I have to stay indoors most of the time in the summer, here in NJ.
