With out the car running and the key in the on position when you put it in any gear other than park the transmission will be In neutral any gear every time
Well if you were on a hill or incline it would roll back on you if it wasnt started and in drive.
Ok so I just got this car...like today. Anyway it's been running fine usually but I tried driving it twice and it would only go reverse? Now I can't remember if I turned the car all the way on (yeah stupid that I can't remember) but if the car wasn't on and I put it in drive would it only roll backwards? I restarted the car after both times and it was fine?
