Those compressors are made for once-in-a-while, not daily use. Expect it to burn one of these days, too.
You can save a lot of money by using it and the equipment properly. If you can't afford to repair the tire, replace it with a spare and do it later, but ASAP.
ummm the battery was good for 6 years under normal conditions. U overused the battery and thus decreased the lifespan. you need a new battery and tire. If you can't afford it well figure out a way to afford it. batteries and tires are cheap fixes. depending on ur car you get a bad brand tire for like 30 dollars until u can afford a new one. also batteries are like 50 bucks max.
Hi that was a lie no battery lasts more than 3-4years so time to buy a new one.
can of fix-a-flat even though the tire guys will hate you for it when you get the tire replaced. any auto parts store has it. walmart etc. check that valve in the stem too. might be loose or need replaced. cheap fix too. tire place will check that for ya for free.
...and have the car running next time you need to use the air compressor lmao.
I have a battery that says it is good for six years, that I got 3-4 years ago. It was working fine, but a few days ago I got a tire that kept going flat. I have one of those portable inflation devices that you plug into your dash. I was using it to inflate the tire every day, and on the fourth day, my battery became really weak, just barely enought to start the car. Once I drive it, the alternator charges the battery and it's fine, but I hate the idea of buying a new battery because money is extremely tight (that's why I didn't get the tire repaired-- got to have the rent first). Is there anything I can do?
