$90 is high. But depend from shop to shop. If you have gone to reputed shop that yes that is reasonable. But you can get good price near about 50-60$ for some personal shop owner.
Look around, $60 can be found by someone good. No chain shops, find a local family-owned shop that specializes in it.
i think it's reasonable for alignment.
It depends on which city/town/village you live in. Also, it depends if you want to have a cool bottle of water or coffee while waiting for your car to repair....or standing next to the mechanic in a dirty little hole in the wall!
