Take the battery out NOW.

then take it out of the rice and try to turn it on again
if it doesn't work, idk what to tell you
When you turned it back on you killed it. Your only chance was to dry it b4 powering it up. Live and learn.
omg i went in the bathroom to wash my hands and my phone slips off and into the toilet, I took it out within 3 seconds of the fall, It had a blue screen then auto turned off. then i turned it on and my background was a bit darkened, then it shut off again and now its not turning on, I just put it in a bag of rice a few mins ago and its still not working, please help i just need to keep this phone safe for 3 more months( also i have no tools to take out the battery, PLEASE HELP)
