More than likely, it will not pass smog. Go on YouTube and watch EricTheCarGuy's video on diagnosing your Catalytic converter to make sure it really is bad. It will require the purchase of a cheap point-and-shoot thermometer if you do not have one.(I doubt that is what they are called, I just can't think of the name off the top of my head)
