compression ring? uneven compression in that cylinder. plus uneven ring pressure. score the bore and run rough. excessive compression blowby as well. serious build up in crank case pressures. likely overwhelm a pcv valve. contaminate oil and induction system.

oil ring? minimum, again, serious amount of oil blowby as intake stroke happens. consume fair amounts of oil and again, will score the bore. prolly miss fire due to plug fouling. regardless of an HEI system or computer monitoring/adjustment.

It will blow oil all over the place, then fail. Fix it correctly. Don't go cheap on a 50-cent item that can destroy the entire engine.

Short and sweet, get a new ring. They are to cheap compared to the amount of damage you will do to that engine.

Ok I started to put bar oil in gas no good now

You will damage your cylinder with a broken ring. It would have too much ring gap and not enough compression to run.

It will run but make sure there are no sharp edges that will scratch the cylinder wall.
