Heads aren't usually expensive parts in my experience, its the labor involved in doing it. Find a shop that will do it cheap, bring the head gasket

yup, its a blown gasket,, a xpensiv fix & there will be other things that will have been damaged too.... if you can, get rid of car ,it will be a money pit

Sounds like you have blown the head gasket and/or cracked the head, this is very expensive to repair and needs to be done by a mechanic hope that its the gasket not the head as if its the head the gasket still needs doing aswell and new heads are very expensive. Also take your car somewhere else for advice, not somewhere that tells you to replace one spark plug, they are cheap to buy and this is useless advice as if you need to replace 1 chances are the rest are not far off needing it either, and it is standard practice to replace all if one needs it. They either have no clue what there doing or are scamming you to make you go back more then once.

Most likely at least one head gasket has failed, this is very bad, very expensive to fix.

The white smoke is steam, coolant and water going though the engine. Being a 98 you might think about selling the ford for parts. Call a few local shops for prices, probably well over a $1,100 for a V6 or V8 engine.

You have a blown head Gasket

It doesn't show that it is getting hot but it was running really bad. I went to O'Reilly parts store and they hooked it up to their computer and said that it was #5 on my spark plugs messing up. I had just replaced #4 a few months ago when they said it was bad. After replacing #5 and the fuel thing on top of it.. now it won't run and is doing the things listed above.
