Using 10 W 30 is perfectly fine. It will cause no damage to your engine. It actually will lubricate a little better.

You'll be just fine.. For future reference though. Those numbers represent the viscosity or thickness of the oil. For many years oil was rated in SAE or single a number format here it is "30".more common now a days is the double numbers that first number "10W" where W stands for winter. So when the weather is colder than like 34 degrees the oil will actually become thinner rather than thicker. But once the oil reaches a more optimum temp it regains the bit thicker viscosity. There are some advantages and disadvantages to changing from the manufacture recommended oil. By running a thinner oil the engine will have to work less possibly saving a few pennies in fuel but in turn you have less protection of those vital moving parts. Now by going the opposite adding in thicker oil an older car whos gaskets have seen better days the thicker oil will hold on to the parts better lessening the chances of burning oil.

5W30 is for cold weather, most cars are OK with 10W30 in warm weather... You should be OK with 10W30

It will be fine, don't worry about it.
