Lets not spend any more money unless it is to buy test equipment like a fuel pressure tester or a test light. I used the magic word three times so far did you catch it? It is not the idle control, it would start without it, wouldn't run but it would start. Could be the ECU but I doubt it. By the way the word your looking for is test. Test for spark test for fuel.

Make sure the fuse on fuseblock for the ECM is good and has not been removed.

Check for spark, fuel pressure and injector pulse. If spark and injector pulse are missing it's likely to be the crankshaft sensor.

If you have no spark, replace the inexpensive crankshaft position sensor.
