I used WD40, also the new Rust Remover WD40. I have beaten on the rim and the tire for hours. I left the lug nuts 1/4 turn loose and driven over 1000 miles, checking the lug nuts at every stop. Today I heated the rim around the center hub with a propane torch. Still no luck. I have even beaten on it with a cold chisel. Next is cutting the rim with a die grinder. Any suggestions are welcome.
