That's okay don't worry about it
Kerb looks tiny and unlikely to have done any damage
Until the tyre is inspected and the car put on a ramp to allow underside inspection the true situation cannot be determined - internet diagnosis will not help
Just inspect the tyre and wheel. IF when you drive the car, and the steering feels different (I.e shaky, wobbly), then get it checked out.
Inspect the tyre walls for bulges, including the inside wall. If the car drives and steers as normal I doubt you have caused any damage.
I drove into my driveway about <10-15mph then my front passenger tyre mounted over the edge of the kerb(Pic shown) when I was turning. Im just concerned if I damaged the tyre,suspension or the car iteself or the car out of alignment . The kerb looks like this.
