I crashed my car and now horn doesn't work?

You're obviously not very "car-savvy", shall we say? It could be anything, so TAKE IT BACK TO THE PLACE THAT "FIXED" IT, Einstein! They obviously failed to replace the harness or the horn itself, or perhaps simply failed to plug the horn back in when they replaced the body parts.

If you had a front end collision, wouldn't it make sense that it may have broken the horn? The horn is in the front of the car.

Perhaps they made a mistake in replacing the air bag.

Maybe the clock spring?

It should be the transactor line off. Check it should be around the battery. If it is plugged off that might be a problem...

Good luck

I drive a 2000 Mercedes Benz E320 station wagon and I had a front end collision with another car. After getting my hood and grill replaced, the horn no longer works. When I hit the panic button, the lights still flash like it is trying but no sound, also when I hold down the horn nothing happens. Any advice on how to repair or how to determine what the cause of the problem is? A fuse or maybe a broken part? Thanks so much!
