Do you have a written warranty? If not, used car sales everywhere are "AS IS" .

Of course, you should have driven the car before buying = probably should have had a mechanic check it over.

What's the lemon law the guy that is workin on my car says this has been a problem for awhile way before I bought it so what if I can prove it was an exciting problem?

You should have taken it back to them the same day. Now you have no proof the car was defective when they sold it to you. Even without written warranty, there is implied warranty, anything sold must be fit for its intended purpose.

When I got off lot after the buy the trany slips from second to third... A month later the car is in shop with trany parts broken.. Is there anything I can do to get them to help with cost fix?? Would it do me any good to go to BBB??
