GO to a DIY car wash and WASH THEM DOWN! The grease can penertate into the fvbers of your new PADS and cause problems for you! BYE NOW!
Brake grease? You mean wheel-bearing grease? There is a wonderful product just for you. "Brake Cleaner". Walmart, spray can, apply liberally, wipe off.
They will eventually wear in over a couple thousand miles.For now they will be soft and spongy.
Any kind of grease will ruin the brake pads.
Have you driven the car since then? Can you stop? Even if you can, the pads are contaminated and probably won't last long.
Hi Before you use them take them off and use some carb or brake cleaner and clean off all the grease. The Grease well cause the brakes to stick and grab and ruin the pads
