Acetone is often found in household nail polish remover, and a small amount on the end of a Q-tip or cotton swab applied directly to the glue should dissolve the bond.
Take it to where you got the bumper painted and see if they can "wet sand it out" with 2000 grit then buff it. wont cost too much but its the only thing that might work for you since chemicals will certainly damage the new paint.

I think it's there forever . . . . whatever takes it off will probably take the new paint with it.
I was glueing my front emblem on my car and got some super glue on my front bumper. I had a brand new paint job few months ago so this really bothers me. Anyone knows how I can get rid of these little glue marks off my car with out ruining my car paint?
