Push down hard on the lid as you turn it clock wise. It should come off! This condition happens from suction caused in the system often from low oil in the system!
HI. The fluid is NOT glue ITs OIL and is not what is causing the lid to stick.. LOL.... are you turning it the proper direction??

Use some pliers, carefully. Don't squeeze so hard as to break it. Probably won't take much.
Take it to any mechanic. I don't think they'll charge for just that. Or you can ask, "How much would you charge me to get this lid off?"
Wrap a towel round it and use that to grip it better, that is all a mechanic would do.
I want to check the power steering fluid on my car, but I cant with all my power remove the lid from the fluid reservoir... The lid is completely stuck to the reservoir because someone didnt wipe the oil off before closing it I guess. What should I do?
