Depending on your budget... get a cold air intake and exhaust. That's a good start. If you want to go big, a Chevrolet small block 350ci V8 will bolt up to your existing engine mounts and transmission. One of those could be found for a few hundred bucks probably, but installation will be more expensive, I'm gonna guess $1500 to have someone put it in.
Take it easy on the poor 4.3 v6, they are somewhat fragile ;)
Buy a faster vehicle or shoehorn a sbc v8 in there.
None, it would be easier and cheaper to buy a faster car.
