Hand sanitizer will get the sticky stuff off after u remove the sticker :) just a small amount not a lot
I simply used my hairdryer and a credit card or a squeegee to just feel it back. If not that dont work carefully cut it off with a stanley knife, and i mean CAREFULLY haha =)
Or if you have a pressure washer whack it on to a fine setting and blast it off.
You can use charcoal lighter fluid in lieu of goo gone to remove the adhesive.
Most can be removed with a hair dryer and a bit of adhesive remover such as GOO GONE !!

Is there some trick to getting the dealer sticker off a car? Do I heat it up? do I use some special cleaner?
