Couple options in order of difficulty.
Drill out stripped hole and just run a nut and bolt.
Drill out and tap to next thread size.
Helicoil.
Replace frame. :)
If there is room, just run a nut and bolt, unless it is a concours restoration, then get fancy.
You get a thread chaser tap and straighten out the threads in the frame. If you can't, then you'll have to drill it out and install a Heli-Coil

Any time a female strips you should try and tap into it.
