I am guessing that it is about $500 to $800 in damages. You could try and bend it back and buff out the scratches but more than likely they will just replace that whole piece. That part, I looked it up is about $600 and it is called a front bumper cover.
If it's plastic you MAY be able to just pop it out. Try putting your hand behind the bumper (either from underneath or in the engine bay) and gently pushing to see if it gives way. Don't push too hard and make it worse though. And make sure the engine isn't hot, don't want to burn yourself.

I had a similar problem, $550 for me
Someone hit my car in a parking lot and took off. At first I only noticed a couple of scratches, but this morning I suddenly noticed this eyesore:

It looks like it just needs to be "popped" out, but I'm assuming that it's probably not that simple... I just want it to look like it did before. I'm always ripped off at the mechanic so I just need a ballpark estimate to pop this sucker out so that I don't get overcharged.
My car is a 2013 Ford Fiesta, and I'm from Southern California if that makes any difference.
