im pretty sure you cant lower that car if you do your steering and suspension will fail to operate your paint will very by shop blak is the hardest to paint and shop very extremely if i said 4999 that at some shops is a low number
the cheapest would be to look for forums that mod your vehicle they would know parts even cheaper drop kitts or a combo pf aftermarket drop kit parts to drop your car that low.. if you live in areas that are bumpy etc I suggest not too.. but its your car.. & for the paint you maybe looking at 500-3k depending on where who you get it done at..
