How much does it cost to fix a blown gasket because no antifreeze in the engine?

Which gasket?

This can be very expensive if it is a head gasket.

Gasket kit, plus labour plus machine work on the head. It should be skimmed if not flat plus anny other damage found.

Antifreeze is also a corrosion inhibitor.

That turns out to be a great saving there.

Ian K is right. A head gasket kit costs about $100. The head must be machined flat--if possible. If it is too warped it must be replaced. Then there is the labor. You are looking at $500-$1000.

Hi that was lucky if all it blow was the head gasket 99% of the time it does a lot more damage than a head gasket. damaged cylinder blocks get cracked radiators have big holes in them and worst of all the heater matrix gets destroyed.

Well... the headgasket went for a reason. Likely head is warped from excess heat, hopefully your bearings/piston rings/cylinder walls are ok.

Not going to be cheap. Without year/make/model, it is impossible to say.
