i dont have money for repairs atm :s

please help?

The water pump is driven by the timing belt on them engines, If the bearings fail on the water pump and the timing belt fails then it could be a very expensive repair and/or replacement engine. Best to get it done ASAP.

I have to agree with "JetDoc". When you get out into no where the water pump will lock up/go bad. Now you may have a tow bill and still have to get the pump repaired. I would recommend you not drive it farther than you are willing to walk or can park it safely until you make the needed repairs.

Since I was given a thumbs down, I deleted the answer.

Quite a while if you keep checking the water in the radiator but you should get the pump changed asap before the bearing in the pump collapses and causes more serious damage

This is a 10 mile failure problem. These things always fail and leave you stranded when you are more than 10 miles away from home. As long as you don't drive more than 10 miles, no worries.
