For now you (if you are still in all caps lock) if you hold shift and type then it reverts it back to normal lower case. But its gonna be kind of hard holding shift every time u type. Contact your nearest Best Buys or Micro center and see how to get it fixed

Isn't there a key called "caps lock“ on your keyboard? You can just switch it back. Or maybe the key is broken, and you can use screen keyboard which you can find in start menu.

i accidentally turned it on yesterday and i don't know how to turn it back off. all my friends are mad because they think i am shouting at them over the internet. this problem is literally ruining my life and tearing my family apart. i just want to be whole again. please help!!!
