Guess what "newbie," the compression ratio is too high to turbocharge a naturally aspirated engine. You'll melt holes in the pistons within 10 minutes if you do.
You will need a manifold that the turbo can bolt to then the whole turbo then the oil lines for the turbo then the tubing to hook to your intake. Possibly a new intake manifold that is adaptable with the tubing too.
I won't play you like an idiot, but the compression on that is 10:1. You will just destroy it. Have fun.

did you set it to wumbo?
i am not a newbie to the turbo world, or BMW's so dont play me as an idiot, this is a legitimate question, i am looking at piecing together a turbo kit for my 95 s50 m3, i do not want to buy an all around kit, i would like to buy piece by piece, can someone with knowledge guide me in the right direction of brands/sites/areas to make this happen ? How to self install ?
