You don't like hearing the word NO, do you? If you read the terms of the treadwear warranty, you'll see that you must rotate your tires and be able to prove that you did that. Do you have that proof? Without it, the warranty is void. Plus, the treadwear is pro-rated, so even if you do pull off your scam, you'll get next to nothing once you wear off the remaining tread

They obviously don't owe you anything for warranty since you are the one that destroyed the tires.

You really should have known that before you bought them since the tires that were on before were worn out. No they will not warranty it. Looks like you may need to buy 2 to replace the worn ones.

They will know it was down to alignment unless you had that done when you replaced all the tyres, If you did then they didn't do it properly

Your problem is that they can look at their records, and SEE that not only did you not get an alignment, you didn't have them rotated either. You're not going to win this one.

just brought 200 dollars on each tires. I got four new one. Totals is 800 bucks. It has 80,000 miles warranty. I drove 20,000 miles on it already. Now on front both tires it's uneven worn. It's like 70 percent left on half side and 40 percent left on other half side. I know warranty won't be cover if it's uneven worn because of not alightment.

I am trying to figure out on how to make it all even worn so tires store won't know it's because I didn't do alighment. Can I take both tires out from rim then turn it around then put it back on same rim? My brother have a machine that can take tire out and then put it back on at his garage.

That way I keep checking the tires. Once it got all even worn out, I can take it to tires store and tell them it's worn out fast. I will do alightment at different store before go on this tires store. Will it work? So I can get new tires paid by tire manufacturs warranty
