Fuel pump relay?

Posted at: 2015-01-07
I have a 2005 Ford expedition. Where is the fuel pump relay? Just changed out fuel pump but it still won't start.

All relays are in the owners manual. Don't you just love it when you go through all that work and expense for nothing. I have found that test lights were a lot less expense then fuel pumps. And resetting the crash switch was much easier then dropping the tank. That's in the book to.

No relay on this vehicle. Power flow through the inertia fuel cutoff switch to the fuel pump driver module at left rear of chassis. It's a pretty complicated system not easily fixed by throwing parts at it. Either buy a professional shop manual like alldatadiy.com or eautorepair.net and read up on how it works and how to test, or bite the bullet and take it to a shop. You've already wasted a heap of money and time by not doing your homework.

Yes

you should find out if you have battery voltage at your pump before you go buying more parts
