A dealer who sold you the car MAY opt to fix it no charge as a good will gesture, but he's not required to.
I bought new Toyota Prius in Jan 2014, today i noticed flat tire and saw a nail which is the culprit. So my question is if i get it toe to dealership , would they care of it without charging me anything since it's 10 months old car or do u think dealer has nothing to do with this and I should simply take it to Tyre shop and will have to bear the expenses ?
Unless the tires have road hazard warranty you are stuck with the bill. Some dealerships have such policies that they sell for an additional price when you buy the car. Check your purchase papers

Sadly, tires are not covered under the new car warranty. My brother once had a tire tear apart on his Dodge a day after he bought it and he had to pay for the replacement. Batteries are the same way... not considered part of the warranty.
If you read your warranty, you'll see that road hazards are NOT covered by the warranty. A nail puncture is a road hazard, not a defect in the tire.
Wear items such as brakes, tires and wiper blades are NOT covered by any car's warranty.
