Basically all of this cost as much as you want to put into it.
You can either buy a cheap paint job for around $2000 or do a high end pro job for around $8000-$20000 all depends on the paint shop and what they do.
Wheels.... $1300 is a lot price just for good quality oversized tires, As for wheels it all depends on what brand and size, new or used. I have seen 22's from $150 each to $800 and higher each, all depends on what you want.
Lift kits are on average $500-$1500 a piece and higher depends on how much you want to lift and quality of lift. For install ir is normally around 4-5 hours for a shop to do it at $90 phr, so $1000 for a cheap kit with install.
guards cost how much you want to cheapest i found was $210.
So you figure at the end your basically buying another Escalade if you want good quality parts and you don't do it yourself.
$5,000-$10,000 for paint.
$1000 for brush guard.
Couple grand for rubber and wheels.
Couple grand for lift kit and install.
Figure between $10,000 and $20,000.
You can buy a set of 26 is with tires for about $1800-$2000 that's all you need

Please give me an estimate one parts individually, as a whole, or just one part if you have an idea on it, going off to college soon and need either a slightly newer one (price difference would be about 15 to 20k
