depends what size engine is in your car.
4 cylinder are around 3500 rpm
V6 are around 2500-3000 rpm
V8 are around 2000 rpm
these are ballpark figures, but close to these ranges.
That would be a function of the gear ratio of the transmission high gear.......the axle final drive ratio.......rolling diameter of tires - none of which you provided.
