looks like your heading for a ring and valve job.

I just bought a dirt bike off my friend for really cheap and it runs and everything works but it leaks gass then when the engine gets hot it starts smoking. I took this picture to show where its leaking from
i just dont know anything about engines or moters to find out what to do is it the carburetor or i don't know what that part is. Its a really old bike it was made in 1983 xl250r
