Your battery is flat, even though everything turns on there is not enough power to turn the engine over. Get it jump started or bump if manual and take it for a spin round for at least 10minuted to charge it up enough.
Have the lights rewired correctly so they go off when the key is off.
Musta been partying a bit not to have noticed that when you parked it??

I drive a limited edition grand Cherokee jeep 2001 ,in order for the fog light to be on you have to pull it on, I didn't it back in to turn it off ,and this morning everything turn on in my vehicle,but it just won't start
