Hi yes that would be fine. the tolerance is usually up to 25% larger if it is honest.
thebattery charger should be okay as they normally have a self overheating cut-off charge.
Call a motorcycle shop and ask.
I have a 12v motorcycle battery and a 1.5 amp trickle charger. It says on the battery to use a 1.2 amp charger though. Will I be ok with the 1.5 amps? It's a nice trickle charger and all, with a float function and everything. Thanks!
