Caught Redhand, Toyota Dealer Not servicing my new car.?

I'd recommend looking in the mirror and have a talk with the ****** looking at you. I've had customers like you before. They actually would put yellow crayon marks on their tires to try and "catch" me not rotating their tires. After making a stink about it I put the vehicle up in the air and showed the customer and the service manager all the yellow marks that were still there from the last time this jerk marked them! Take a bus...people like you are a pain in the butt!

Lawyer? Seriously? What are your damages? Did anything break on your car because they didn't do the service? No lawyer would touch this on contingency. So if you want to waste 4 or 5 thousand of your own money, go for it.

But if you really want action, report them to Toyota. You'll get nothing out of it, but at least Toyota will know. If you're not the first one to complain it'll really affect the dealer.

Call the 800 service number in the owners manual in the glove compartment and tell them exactly as you have written above!

Go to local media...get free service for life of car

report them to the police, what they are doing is fraud, breach of contract, and possibly worse, because your car may not be roadworthy when you leave it in for a service, so afterwards you not only paid for something you didn't get, but the car may be illegal and you will think it is safe to drive because you trusted them to do a proper job.

If you have a video camera you can leave on for some time you may be able to provide evidence of neglect of other cars too.

Next time buy an American car.

Complain to corporate then get a lawyer

go to serv manger make him aware it may be serv tech iwork in dealership had same prob

Does your warranty include "Fluid top off"

My first suspicion, is when my first 5000 miles at this Toyota Dealership. After I checked my windshield fluid left almost as it was before. So I still gave them benefit of a doubt that may be extra charge, even though it was cover under manufacture free service 25000 or two years whichever come first. Then came my free 10000 miles service, but this time I documents prior checking in for service on the same day. Sure enough, they were so stupid enough to park my car close to the back of the building where I could see clearly from the time the vehicle dropped of to the time I was called my vehicle ready for pickup. I was so furious that I confront their service advisor that nothing was done and the my car was parked there since it's dropped off. Only then, they took to the service area for the 10000 miles. However, they left my car engine running when bought back from service and twisting my interior mirror, and I checked all four tires not even rotated. Please note that I have washed prior day, video tape for my record, requested the car not to be wash after service and finally they never where the wheel lock is. Bottom line, what would you do in my situation? Get an attorney involve, file a complaint with the state. Damn, they're must be doing to other customer vehicles as well before GOT CAUGH REDHANDED.
