If it's the turbo seals, it is burning it's own engine oil and will seize up when that runs out..
You need to stop it somehow.
Getting someone try and block the exhaust (or as near blocked as practical), may make it easier to stop the engine by blocking the air intake.
Hi so the turbo valve blow off has failed. the only cure would be a ford dealer who could fix it. but as you have really damaged the car by hitting a wall with it. time maybe to just scrap it. being now over ten years old past what would have been it's last year.
you wont be taking that diesel anywhere tomorrom, grab a rag and stuff the intake if the rods hold out. that is a runaway being fueled by your oil.
The turbocharger is completely shot. This is what happens to them when they go.
Seen it before, happpened to a mates car a few weeks ago.

He got a used turbo from a scrapper and got the local garage to replace it and it is now fine.
Harry is correct. Stall engine or restrict air intake. Tent a cab to airport.
I have mondeo turbo diesel 1993 L reg for taxi and now it wont utrn off it is stuck motor. turbo goin max speed lot of blue smoke. need. to turn off so put in 1 first geer but shot off into yard wall. motor is running still need to turn off some how perhaps as i need car tomorrow for taxi airport. i fix mtself but need to turn motor off and have no spare taxi has other car got no tax or m.o..t. shud put water on engine? or try stall motor somehow put sheet or hat on air filtier? car has 3/4 tank diesel and will run until morning. if i do not stop.
