Sad to say but it's those damn wheel bearings going belly up on you again. Many of the cheap-o gyp-o wheel bearings I've seen, have lifetime warranties, but their short lives, make them not worth putting on a vehicle. The most reliable bearings out there are made by, SKF. They are usually the most expensive too, but you get what you pay for. Other excellent bearings are, Timken, Moog/National, FAG, and OEM. Maybe work out a deal with your mechanic to discount the labor, & or get you some really good bearings at cost, and replace those sub-par bearings with good ones. And, get'em both done.
If it is the same noise as it was a year ago then you replace the wrong side. Why do you throw money at it and not take it to the shop where a mechanic due to the fact he can't just throw your money at it will touch and feel to make sure what the problem is.
Hi,
If your vehicle is a Ford, I recommend taking it to a Ford Dealer to be properly diagnosed. Our certified technicians will be glad to take a look at your vehicle, and see what’s making all that noise.
In the meantime, locate a dealer near you and set up an appointment with the link below:

Enjoy the rest of your day!

Note: Most generic replacement wheel bearings only have a 5k warranty, did mine, needed it again a year later(just wore out, aggressive driving), I paid more for OEM new ones, noticed the quality/heft difference of these bad boys(I did mine), so hopefully.
Hopefully Careful with torque specs, of the CV axle hub nut/bolt(vehicle) squishing the bearing, probably what I did wrong accelerating wear.
About one year ago I had both front wheel bearings replaced because my front end was making noise over 25mph, problem fixed. Recently it started making the same noise again so I had just the front right replaced because when I turned right the noise went away, however the noise is still there and still goes away when I turn right, any ideas on what could be wrong? Not tire noise, the are only 1 yr old and look good. Thanks!
