WAY too much drag from A/C compressor. Seized? Remove A/C belt, turn A/C on, key to "run" position, should get click as A/C clutch engages. Can you turn compressor pulley by hand? If not, you need a new compressor.
It could be that the idle has dropped to low because of a dirty throttle body and air by pass valve or MAP which ever you have. It could be a bad compressor or bearing in the compressor or it could be that the system is overfull. You simple question gives no hint as to why.
