First step: connect a battery charger overnight. After that you'll be in a far better position to assess whether the battery is worn out or not.
Sure sounds like a dead battery. Just how did you determine the battery was OK? Guessing isn't the way to diagnose a vehicle when it has trouble!
Check the Battery
you may have a bad ground or wire somewhere in the main electrical system of your car causing it to not complete the circuit. If its cold that is probably the reason, because copper wire like to shrink when its cold and when it does that a connection somewhere might be just right where it doesn't touch because of the shrinkage. make sure all your fuses are working, and your battery terminals are connected tightly
Have someone check the battery cable connections if you haven't already. Some times just wiggling them will enable a connection.
My car is starting to have that too. I think it's just a goofy little short. Nothing serious.
this time of year, batteries will fail. if it is more than 3 years old, have it and the charging system tested. replace what fails.
Have you tried turning the key in the ignition?
Your battery is fine because you had it load tested to see what the reserve amperage capacity is that correct! Battery amperage spins starter motors not voltage.
A 12 volt battery can test 12 volts or more and not have any supply amperage.
The battery IS dead, change it.
I tried to start my car this morning before school and the power went on inside the car for a second but when I turned the key all the way everything just shut off no lights on power locks stopped working and all things electrical and the battery isn't dead. What's causing this and how can I fix it.
Charge your car
I think its the Main current supply fuse. replace the main fuse and check!
